Booking & Payment

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit invoice has been paid.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your stay commences. A payment reminder will be sent ahead of this date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

28 days or more 100% deposit refund

7 days or more 50% deposit refund

Less than 7 days No refund on deposit

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
